Manage your subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased ShredMax. You can cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Restore a purchase

Open ShredMax and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Profile settings. Make sure you are signed in to the same store account used for the original purchase.

Delete your account and data

In ShredMax, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your anonymous account, profile, scan photos, scan results, food logs, and workout history from our systems.
